طريقة عمل العجة

العجة هي وجبة لذيذة وسهلة التحضير تتكون أساساً من البيض
والطماطم ويمكن إضافة مكملات إضافية حسب الرغبة...
إليك :
في مقلاة كبيرة قم بتسخين ثلاث ملاعق طعام زيت زيتون على نار
متوسطة....
أضف حبة بصل متوسط مفروم وقلبيه حتى يصبح شفافًا ويأخذ اللون
الذهبي....
أضف ثلاث فصوص ثوم مفرومة وقلب لمدة دقيقة حتى ينبعث العطر...
أضف ثلاث حبات طماطم كبيرة مفرومة وقلب المزيج حتى تصبح الطماطم
ناعمة ويتكون صلصة...
قم بتوزيع الصلصة بشكل متساوي في المقلاة...
اكسر ستة بيضات في وعاء ثم أضف البيض إلى المقلاة فوق الطماطم....
استخدم ملعقة خشبية لتحريك البيض مع الطماطم حتى يتجانس الخليط....
أترك العجة حتى يتم تجانس البيض ويطهى وحرك العجة بين الحين والآخر
لضمان توزيع الحرارة بالتساوي....
عندما يكون البيض قد استوى أضيف الملح والفلفل الأسود حسب الذوق...
قبل تقديمها رش البقدونس المفروم على العجة....
